Om VentureLab SLU
VentureLab@SLU grundades hösten 2017 med syfte att återigen kunna erbjuda Alnarpsstudenter med intresse för entreprenörskap det stöd dessa förtjänar. Vi vill bidra till skapandet av en mer entreprenöriell kultur på campus, där det ska vara lika självklart att starta företag som att söka jobb inom akademin eller industrin. Utöver detta ämnar satsningen brygga gapet mellan två av södra Sveriges bästa universitet genom att skapa mötesplatser där indivder med vitt skilda kompetenser får chans att mötas.
Verksamheten drivs formellt av SLU Holding, universitetets innovationskontor med fokus på forskare, med finansiellt stöd från Partnerskap Alnarp, VentureLab i Lund och Region Skåne.
Samarbetet mellan SLU och VentureLab är historiskt unikt, där SLU Holding drar nytta av VentureLabs otroliga kompetens och mer än 20-åriga historia som innovationskontor i Lund.
About VentureLab SLU
VentureLab@SLU was founded with the intention to once again allow Alnarp students interested in entrepreneurship whatever support these individuals may need. We want to contribute to the creation of a more entrepreneurial culture on campus, where the choice to pursue a career within the realm of entrepreneurship should be just as obvious as finding a job in industry or through academia. Beyond this, VentureLab@SLU also aims to bridge the gap between two of southern Sweden's best universities by creating venues that allow people with very different competences to meet.
The organization is run by SLU Holding, with financial support from Partnerskap Alnarp, VentureLab in Lund and Region Skåne.
The collaboration between SLU and VentureLab is historically unique, giving SLU Holding an opportunity to make use of VentureLabs incredible expertise and more than 20 years of history as an innovation office in Lund.
