    • Hur täcker du användarens behov?

    • Hur kommer din produkt/tjänst se ut?

    • Hur levererar/utför du din produkt/tjänst?

    • Hur synliggör du din produkt/tjänst?

    Benefits

    Pris, kvalité eller innovation.

    • Varför ska kunderna köpa just din produkt/tjänst?

    • Vad är det du erbjuder gentemot dina konkurrenter?

    Competition

    • Hur ser marknaden ut?

    • Finns det flera liknande produkter?

    • Är det en produkt som köps i bulk eller är den nischad?

    • Hur kan du konkurrera, Pris eller kvalité?

    Var förberedd så lyckas du

    Om du tar dig tiden att svara på frågorna ovan på ett ärligt vis finns det inget som säger att du inte skulle kunna lyckas. Ibland kan det vara bra att fundera på en fråga under en tid. Då hinner du vända och vrida på frågan och kanske kommer fram till en lösning du inte tänkt på än.

    A model that is simple and good to get started with is the NABC model.

    Answer the questions under each heading to create a clearer path forward.

    Your idea or solution needs to be unique.

    • What need do you want to cover?

    • Have you asked others if they have the same needs?

    • How big is your potential market?

    • What does the competition look like?

    Approach

    • Why is your idea better or innovative?

    • How do you cover the user's needs?

    • What will your product/service look like?

    • How do you deliver/perform your product/service?

    • How do you make your product/service visible?

    Price, quality or innovation.

    • Why should customers buy your particular product/service?

    • What do you offer compared to your competitors?

    Competition

    • What does the market look like?

    • Are there several similar products?

    • Is it a product that is bought in bulk or is it niche?

    • How can you compete, Price or quality?

    Be prepared and you will succeed

    If you take the time to answer the above questions honestly, there's nothing to say you can't succeed. Sometimes it can be good to think about a question for a while. Then you have time to turn and twist the question and maybe arrive at a solution you haven't thought of yet.
