Meet the founder and SLU student Tendai A. Dhodho, learn how to develop your idea, and hear the story of how a sustainable foodtech company is created. The protein powder she is creating is based on underutilized seaweeds rich in protein and exotic fruits to promote health, and reduce food waste. The project also recieved the Axfoundation’s Innovation Support for Sustainable Solutions.
