Tendai is leading her startup, Grönord AB, a sustainable food innovation company which produces a powder that can be used in protein drinks.
It´s based on underutilized seaweeds rich in protein and exotic fruits to promote health and reduce food waste.The project recieved the Axfoundation’s Innovation Support for Sustainable Solutions.
Maybe we get to taste the food of the future?
