Falling Walls Lab is coming to Uppsala! Students and early-career researchers with an idea – apply by August 22 at the latest.

Apply to pitch your innovative idea at Falling Walls Lab Uppsala on 14 September, hosted by UU Innovation.
Falling Walls Lab is a global 3‑minute pitch competition for students, early‑career researchers and professionals from all disciplines. It’s a chance to communicate your research clearly – with a focus on the problem you address, why it matters, and the potential impact of your work.

Up to ten participants will be selected to pitch their idea live on stage at Humanities Theatre in Uppsala, in front of an expert jury representing academia, industry and the public sector. The winner advances to the global final in Berlin and joins the Falling Walls Science Summit. However, even at the Uppsala Lab, participants gain visibility, valuable feedback and opportunities to connect with peers, experts and potential collaborators.
