Miriam started her own sustainable food business a few years ago. In her business Funky Flavor, she brought excitement into a healthy diet by offering fermented vegetable mixes that were made from local and rescued ingredients. In her second business Trash to Gold, she was working on alternative materials out of food waste. Today she works for the Malmö Food Council and Drivhuset Malmö to support other entrepreneurs to start their own journeys. During this lunch meeting, Miriam will talk about how to overcome the most common challenges when starting your own food business from the ground.
