As a horticultural student at SLU Alnarp, Johan Valeur started off by having an idea about how to transport plants via postage safely. He was then contacted by VentureLab@SLU and encouraged to pursue his idea. Two years later Johan started Svenska Blommor and ended up being the first person to ever dropship fresh-cut tulip bouquets directly from one of Sweden's largest tulip farmers to customers' homes via e-commerce. Johan will tell us about the mistakes, the ups and the downs, as well as all the successes he experienced!
